Reservation Policies
Room rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $30, subject to tax. You must inform us when booking the room if there will be more than two people. MD sales tax is 6% and Kent County lodging tax is 5%, added to the room rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. NOTE: We do not guarantee early or late check-ins. These must be arranged and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
During overnight hours (between 10:00 p.m and 7:30 a.m.), there is an employee on the premises to aid with any problems or emergencies.
Breakfast is served daily. Our innkeepers are always finding new recipes, and the menu changes seasonally; guests can typically expect something warm, tasty, and using as many local products as possible! Breakfast can be taken in the common areas, our outdoor spaces, or delivered ensuite. We are able to accommodate a variety of allergies and dietary restrictions, but we do ask that you inform us during booking. If indicating an allergy, please include the severity of the allergy.
ALLERGY NOTE: We use non-scented/hypoallergenic cleaners for our fabrics, and hypoallergenic pillows on the beds.
We generally only accept children under twelve years old with manager approval. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
Sorry, no pets, please! In accordance with the ADA we happily accept service animals; we do not allow emotional support animals and a $50/night fee will be assesed for any ESA misrepresented as a service animal.
Downstairs areas are public, and tours/events may be hosted during your stay. We limit these to reasonable hours and guest rooms are not accessible to others at any time. Whenever possible, we will inform guests of events in advance.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Payment is due on arrival. Guests may pay at time of booking if preferred; please note this in your reservation or contact the innkeeper. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check, and cash.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:
At this time, any guests that have paid a deposit and are unable to travel will have the choice between a full refund, or a credit for a future stay. There will be no fee charged to cancel your reservation.
Guests are welcome to reschedule their stay when possible. This is subject to room availability and current capacity limitations.
COVID-19 POLICIES:
At this time, Maryland has removed all capacity restrictions and mask requirements. We ask that our guests still use best health practices on their end as well.
