Room rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Tax is not included in the rates. For additional guests in any of our rooms, add $30 per person, plus tax, to the room rate. You must inform us when booking the room if there will be more than two people. MD sales tax is 6% and county lodging tax is another 5% added to the room rate.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. NOTE: We do not guarantee late check-in. Late check-ins must be arranged and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
During overnight hours (between 10:00 p.m and 7:30 a.m.), there is an employee on the premises to aid with any problems or emergencies.
Your reservation includes a complimentary continental breakfast each morning, consisting of warm pastries (like croissants and muffins), cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and your choice of coffee, tea, and juice. Any food allergies, gluten-free needs, and certain taste preferences can be accommodated--just let us know.
We generally only accept children under twelve years old with manager approval. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

We require payment in full at time of booking to confirm your reservation. For special event and/or full house bookings we require guarantee of payment in full at time of booking with Visa or MasterCard, and payment in full for all rooms at least 90 days in advance.

We are a small inn, and cancellations can affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to the following cancellation and refund policies: Last minute cancellations, regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your payment. Credit may be extended for a future stay, at the discretion of the manager and innkeepers. In addition, a friend or family member may be sent in your place, so long as you inform us before their arrival; however gift certificates are not transferable.
For cancellation of one or two rooms, we require 14 days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. For three or more rooms, we require 30 days notice of cancellation prior to arrival date. For special event bookings, and weddings we require 60 days notice of cancellation. Management reserves the right to customize policies for individual bookings.
